Shipping & Returns policy
For orders placed before 12PM AEDT Monday-Friday, we endeavour to process the same business day.
Orders placed after 7am on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched next business day.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from with tracking details and an estimated date of delivery. You will receive another notification when the parcel is on-board for delivery.
During sale periods, we aim to ship all orders ASAP however due to unpredictable increased order volumes, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed.
AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post and Aramex for all orders. This allows us to choose the fastest shipping method available and provides full visibility & tracking notification via email and text.
Any orders over $100 will receive free shipping using the fastest delivery service.
Fastest Shipping Service for orders under $100 is available within Australia for a flat $10 fee.

INTERNATIONAL
We offer international shipping to all countries outside of Australia for a flat $25 fee.
Most international orders are shipped from Australia with DHL EXPRESS.
International customers may be liable to pay inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate based on the sale value. This cost is separate to the product and shipping cost and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer choses not to pay duties on import and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a full refund when the parcel is received. The refund for the value of the goods purchased will be less any and all return costs occurred.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
